NEO305

1 kW H2 catalytic converter, H2 Filter

System for flameless hydrogen combustion in a wide concentration range, outside the ignition limits. Conversion of hydrogen into usable heat energy and water by catalytic reaction with oxygen.

Typical applications of our catalysts:

  • Catalytic, flameless, thermal combustion of H2/air gas mixtures for heat recovery and/or exhaust gas purification on an industrial scale
  • Fine purification of gases by removing minimal impurities
  • Combustion of hydrocarbon gas mixtures (at elevated starting temperature)
  • Catalytic post-combustion of fuel cell exhaust gases or electrolysis gas
  • Removal of oxygen or hydrogen residues from electrolysis gas e.g. purification of air or helium
  • Depletion of oxygen or hydrogen in chemical processes
  • Safety technology, explosion prevention, fire prevention (through O2 discharge)

NEO324

10 kW H2 catalytic converter, H2 electrolysis Filterr

The NEO324 is a “smaller version” of the NEO342, e.g. to burn (waste) hydrogen in a wide concentration range without flames or emissions and to utilize the heat energy. The NEO324 can also be used to purify a helium gas stream of hydrogen or electrolysis gases. Other air-gas mixtures can also be burned. The NEO324 catalytic converter has a diameter of 66 mm.

  • Catalytic, flameless, thermal combustion of H2/air gas mixtures for heat recovery and/or exhaust gas purification on an industrial scale
  • Fine purification of gases by removing minimal impurities
  • Combustion of hydrocarbon gas mixtures (at elevated starting temperature)

NEO342

25 kW H2 catalytic Converter

You can use the NEO342 H2 oxidizer to burn (waste) hydrogen, for example, in a wide concentration range without any flames or emissions (catalytic combustion) and use the heat energy. The NEO342 can also be used to purify a helium gas stream of hydrogen or electrolysis gases (oxygen purification from hydrogen and hydrogen purification from oxygen). Other air-gas mixtures can also be burned.

  • Heat recovery and/or waste gas purification on an industrial scale
  • Fine purification of gases by removing minimal impurities

NEO361

50 kW H2 catalytic Converter

Even with our largest H2-Oxikat NEO361, you can, for example, burn (waste) hydrogen in a flameless and emission-free manner, in a wide concentration range (catalytic combustion) and use the heat energy. The NEO361 can also be used to purify a helium gas stream of hydrogen or electrolysis gases (oxygen purification of hydrogen and hydrogen purification of oxygen). Other air-gas mixtures can also be combusted.

  • Catalytic, flameless, thermal combustion / oxidation of H2/air gas mixtures for
  • Heat recovery and/or waste gas purification on an industrial scale
